Terms of Service

Your login is created for you by your Fifth Ledger administrator. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each business entity you operate gets its own set of books; you may not share access with unauthorized third parties.

Fifth Ledger Basic is $24.99/month, plus $15.99/month for each additional entity. Fifth Ledger Light is $150/month per entity and Fifth Ledger Light Pro is $275/month per entity. Fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Compliance and audit support beyond your plan is billed at $35/hour with your prior approval.

You own your financial data. We store it securely and isolate each company's records at the database level. We do not connect to your bank, sell your data, or use it to train AI models. You may export your books at any time.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access another company's books, no interfering with the platform's operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We work to keep Fifth Ledger available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fifth Ledger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms with notice. You may cancel at any time; when your account closes we will provide a final export of your books on request. Questions: support@fifthledgerpro.com.
