Software License

While your subscription is active, Fifth Ledger grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for your own business accounting. One login covers the business entities registered to your account.

You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software; share your login outside your organization; or use the service to process books for businesses you are not authorized to represent.

Fifth Ledger and its licensors retain all rights to the software, brand, and documentation. You retain all rights to your financial data. This license ends when your subscription ends; your data remains exportable on request.
